About Us – CRPS Law Firm

Dedicated to Justice for CRPS Survivors Nationwide

Experienced representation for CRPS Victims

At the CRPS Law Firm, we focus on handling complex cases involving CRPS litigation. Our team has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that patients suffering from this condition face – from the medical to the emotional and the financial. Our aim is to offer unwavering legal advocacy and compassionate support to all of our clients.

Our mission

We work to help people across the U.S. who are suffering from CRPS obtain justice and compensation. Our team also raises awareness of CRPS/RSD to improve understanding in both the medical and legal fields. When it comes to our clients, we fight tirelessly against the negligent individuals, corporations, or institutions responsible for triggering their CRPS.

Why we focus on CRPS

CRPS is poorly understood. Sadly, it’s often dismissed by insurers, doctors, and courts, leaving patients to face their pain alone, without the support available for other, more well-researched conditions. We’ve seen what survivors face – misdiagnosis, delays in care, staggering medical costs for specialists, long-term treatment and mobility aids, and life-changing disability that takes a heavy emotional toll.

Focusing on CRPS allows us to use our medical knowledge, connections, and legal experience to prove both causation and damages in CRPS cases.

About our founder – Bryan Pope

Bryan Pope is the son of a Southern preacher who grew up with a deep commitment to helping others. He watched his uncle, a trial lawyer, use the legal system to help people rebuild their lives, and decided that was the path for him as well. Bryan’s philosophy is that trial lawyers should also serve as counselors to their clients, offering support, guidance, and comfort during extremely difficult times.

He is a believer in the power of the 7th Amendment, which guarantees the right to trial by jury. This right gives regular people the ability to fight against large corporations and insurance companies that would otherwise attempt to limit victims’ rights.

Bryan has been litigating personal injury cases for over 25 years, including those related to CRPS/RSD. He is also a Director on the RSDSA Board, and the only attorney to serve in a leadership role with the organization. Bryan frequently lectures attorneys and speaks at RSDSA medical and patient conferences nationwide.

What sets the CRPS Law Firm apart

At the CRPS Law Firm, we have a proven national track record of successful CRPS settlements and verdicts. We work closely with professionals who can help to support your case, including medical experts such as neurologists and pain specialists, vocational and economic experts, and life care planners. Our team aims to build strong cases with compelling scientific, medical, and legal arguments. We’re also advocates for improvements in CRPS understanding and treatments with deep ties to organizations dedicated to supporting those experiencing this devastating condition.

While we take pride in our legal work and successes, at the end of the day, we also think our approach toward our clients is one of the main reasons they choose to work with us. We approach each person as an individual and take the time to listen to their story and experiences. Our team knows that it’s not just about achieving financial results for you. You should feel confident that your lawyers are honest, compassionate, and truly in your corner.
