Who may be liable in workplace-related CRPS cases

If your CRPS can be traced to a work-related incident, there are a lot of questions that come up about who is liable and what compensation or benefits you may be entitled to. Below is an overview of who could be responsible and how this might look:

Workers’ compensation insurance benefits

In some workplace injury cases, no one is really to blame - an injury happens despite the worker and the employer being careful. In these cases, you should be able to claim workers' compensation benefits if you were injured while performing your job duties.
